Southern Railway provides bed rolls for the benefit of passengers. The salient feature of this service are given below :

a)      Bed Rolls are supplied free of cost to passengers traveling by A.C. First,A.C.2-tier and A.C.3-tier passengers.

b)      Bed Rolls are supplied free of charge to all classes of Rajdhani Express except A.C. Chair Car Passengers.

c)      First Class Passengers of nominated stations can avail of this facility on payment Rs. 20/- per bed roll,per journey. For the purpose the concermed bed roll supply officials are to be requested at least two hours before the scheduled departure of this train.

d)      If bed roll is not supplied to any passengers , a refund of Rs. 20/- will be arranged at the destination station by Station Manager concerned.

e)      The claim of refund should be registered at the destination station within 20 hrs. of the arrival of the train. The claim notice must be accompanied with certificate issued by concerned conductor/TTE in this regard.

f)        Passengers can use the bed roll until the termination of the journey, irrespective of the number of nights involved.

g)      Passengers who have booked their tickets against Credit Cards should applyto the Chief Commercial Manager (Refund) for refund of bed roll charge.
