Luggage means goods of a
passenger either carried by him in
his charge or entrusted to a railway
administration for carriage . As such all
the items except those items which
are specially exempted for carriage as
luggage can be accepted for holding
as luggage .

and the extra weight will be charged at 6
(six) times the luggage scale rate subject
to minimum of Rs. 50 |
